They cover so many things we can’t answer it all right here. The security, the insurance, the water, sewer, trash, the cable and internet are many of the first items people ask about but all the common area and the activities are included too.

Yes, all residents need to be 55 or older but you can have visitors of any age up to 90 days in any calendar year.

The community was developed between 1974 - 1984 with the homes being built in the middle five years. There is no new development but MANY of these homes have been updated or remodeled. There is a lot of variety in the homes now because of modifications.

Leisure Village is built across 440 acres and there are 2136 homes in the community. One common characteristic about all homes in the community are they are all One Story, they are All Electric Only, and they All have central Heating and Air Conditioning.
